Terms and Conditions
Confirmation
To guarantee your booking, we ask that you confirm your reservation to us by writing, fax or e-mail. We will also require your credit card details, which will be held on file in order to secure the room.
Cancellation policy
Once we have confirmed your booking, we will need two clear days written advance notice of any cancellation. If shorter or no notice is given, we will charge your credit card in full. If, however, the room is re-let to another customer, we will only charge for any shortfall.
Payment
Account to be settled in advance, upon arrival or on departure. In case of a guest staying longer than a week, account to be settled once a week. We accept all major Credit cards.
Check in/out time
Check-out time is 24 hrs.
Car parking
There is privaty car parking with 24-hour CCTV.
No pets are allowed in the hotel.
No inflammable materials and others are allowed in the hotel as they may jeopardize other hotel guests and the staff.
The AKSHAYA Hotel reserves the right to alter it’s published rates and terms & conditions if necessary and without notice.
